Promotion through 410 Line Dancers email blast, which includes your company's website URL, both before and after the conference to our membership, enhancing your visibility.

Vendor sales are currently available, providing ample time to prepare and make the most of the event.

Inclusive 6'x6' tables and table covers provided by 410 Line Dancers. Feel free to bring your hanging racks if needed.

Competitive vendor fee options: $225, $300, and $350. note: Please add 3% to your fee when paying by credit card.

Optional Wi-Fi access, with details and associated costs available upon request.

Submission deadline for vendor fees is April 15, 2024. Booth spaces will be allocated on a "first come, first served" basis, so ensure to submit your fees promptly to secure your preferred location.
