Founder Bio
Isha R. Hutchinson is the founder of 410 Line Dancers, a nationally recognized soul line dance organization known for high-energy choreography, community wellness, and cultural storytelling.
With a background spanning legal studies, business risk management, and corporate leadership, Isha bridges movement and mindset—using dance as a tool for emotional wellness, confidence, and connection. His work focuses on building inclusive communities, developing leaders through movement, and preserving soul line dance as both a cultural and wellness practice.
Isha is the creator of multiple award-recognized events and programs, including large-scale dance conferences, corporate wellness activations, and community empowerment initiatives. He is frequently invited to speak on leadership, community building, wellness, and cultural entrepreneurship.

Marlo E. Hutchinson is the co-founder and Instructor for 410 Line Dancers, where she plays a central role in choreography, instruction, and community engagement.
