410 Line Dancers will host health the "Jamming with Health" Health Fair. Majic 94.5 will be on air during the health fair.
The morning with start out with a session called Talk Shop with local African American law enforcement officers who will discus the interactions of African American men with members of law enforcement. Hickory Behavioral Hospital will be participating and leading a discussion on depression and mental health.
We have noted physicians from the community that will have tables speaking about prevention in their various specialties. There will be free flu shots given, free blood pressure screenings and vascular screenings. Be the Match will host a bone marrow registration drive.
During the fair we'll have raffles and giveaways provided by our sponsors Dallas Cowboys, Tangerine Salon, El Fenix Restaurant, Snuffers Restaurant, Krogers Specialty Infusion, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Finally, we'll close the fair by introducing and teaching a beginner to soul line dance.
