Planning is ongoing for Texas Jam as we are only about 6 months away from our huge event. We have been meeting every couple of weeks in order to get things situated and we have been getting more and more sponsors on board. We have worked extremely hard getting our sponsors on board and ensuring that they are situated. Also, we have been working with our vendors to ensure that everything is on track with the vendors.
We are currently working on our promotions and publicity on it as well as many of the things on the back end to make sure that the infrastructure of our event is solid. There are so many moving parts to an event but we have been working hard on the back end. The big thing for us is we have completed our playlist, which took a lot of work to do. We have already had our second iteration of the playlist, which we share the link to once you’ve paid for the event.
