Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing any products or services from 410 Line Dancers. By accessing www.410linedancers.com or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. ABOUT US

410 Line Dancers is a Dallas, TX-based dance instruction and entertainment company offering community classes, corporate events, and merchandise. We are co-founded and operated by Marlo and Isha Hutchinson.

2. USE OF THIS WEBSITE

By using this website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase
- Use the site for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse any part of the website or its systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.

3. CLASS BOOKINGS

Booking & Payment
All class bookings must be completed through our website and paid in full at the time of registration. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Class Usage Window
All purchased classes must be used within 60 days of the purchase date. Classes not used within this window will be forfeited with no refund or credit issued. No exceptions will be made for unused classes after the 60-day period has passed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy — Classes

Refunds for class purchases are available under the following conditions:
- A refund request must be submitted at least 48 hours before your first scheduled class
- No classes may have been attended or used — refunds are not available once any class in a package has been used
- Partial refunds are not available under any circumstances

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method minus any credit card processing fees incurred on our end and any fees charged to you by your card provider. The exact net refund amount will be communicated to you prior to processing.

No Credits or Rescheduling
We do not offer class credits, transfers, or rescheduling in lieu of a refund. If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund within the terms above or allow your purchase to expire at the end of the 60-day window.

Class Cancellations by 410 Line Dancers
In the rare event that we must cancel a scheduled class, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund with no deduction for processing fees.

4. MERCHANDISE

Customized Merchandise
All customized or personalized merchandise (including but not limited to branded apparel, custom items, and special orders) is sold as final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted on customized merchandise once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before submitting. By completing a merchandise purchase, you confirm that all customization details (size, name, design) are correct. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at 410linedancers@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it.

5. PAYMENTS

All transactions are processed securely through Wix Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards. By submitting payment, you authorize 410 Line Dancers to charge the total amount due, including any applicable fees.

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. In any approved refund scenario, the net amount returned to you will reflect the deduction of processing fees charged by the payment provider on both ends of the transaction.

410 Line Dancers does not store your full credit card information. All payment data is handled by our secure payment processor in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

6. ACCOUNTS

To purchase classes or merchandise, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to close accounts that are inactive, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on www.410linedancers.com — including text, images, videos, logos, and choreography — is the property of 410 Line Dancers and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

410 Line Dancers is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in classes or events, except where caused by our direct negligence. By attending a class or event, participants acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risk and agree to participate at their own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of our website or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service or product.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
